Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description / Responsibility
Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the wing.
Support sales team by providing sales data, analyze market trends, new product information & forecast.
Gather sales data & prepare sales reports.
Support HOD / In-charge to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
Lead team members comprising RSO, TSO sales forces.
Divisional/ Regional Sales Knowledge in Local marketing in the relevant field.
Monitor and supervise RM/RSO, TM/TSO, and ASO/SR on sales promotion.
Evaluate new market opportunity.
Monitor risk, customer and recovery.
Set loyalty and retention plan as per area and customer profiles.
Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
Trend & competitive analysis by brand.
Manage key business partners and distributors.
