• Maintaining large sales & marketing team.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Companies / Household product Industry/ Marketing / Sales / Tobacco products / FMCG/ Industrial Products of a renowned and reputed company.

• 05 years’ experience in the same position.

• Highly motivated & visionary leadership quality.

• Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed sales.

• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.

• Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.

• Organized, with effective time management skills.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the wing.

• Support sales team by providing sales data, analyze market trends, new product information & forecast.

• Gather sales data & prepare sales reports.

• Support HOD / In-charge to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales target.

• Lead team members comprising RSO, TSO sales forces.

• Divisional/ Regional Sales Knowledge in Local marketing in the relevant field.

• Monitor and supervise RM/RSO, TM/TSO, and ASO/SR on sales promotion.

• Evaluate new market opportunity.

• Monitor risk, customer and recovery.

• Set loyalty and retention plan as per area and customer profiles.

• Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.

• Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.

• Trend & competitive analysis by brand.

• Manage key business partners and distributors.
