Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, PMS (KPI), Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the recruitment operation (starting from requisition receiving to on-boarding the incumbent(s)).
∎ Execute and coordinate performance management system and TNA in a way which will promote the culture of meritocracy and performance based evaluation in all the companies across the group.
∎ Arrange and coordinate different training programs in line with TNA to strengthen the capacity of human resource.
∎ Function as the responsible person for HO compensation and benefits management including but not limited to monthly salary calculation and disbursement, payment settlement at the time of separation etc.
∎ Develop and arrange team building activities to promote interpersonal relationship among the employees, develop empathy and understanding of challenges of different departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ An in-depth knowledge on recruitment and selection, HR policy, Performance Management.
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of MS Office.
∎ Must have knowledge about implementing JD/ KPI/ Organogram/Process flow.

Salary: Negotiable
