Responsibilities & Context:
- Collect Export L/C from Bank.
- L/C & Sales Contract entry in ERP.
- Submit BTB LC application in bank
- BTB LC issue follow-up.
- Import Document collection.
- Export Document submission.
- CO, SAFTA, GSP, REX Issue from EPB.
- Follow-up overdue EXP, Bill of Entry with bank.
- Good relationship with bank.
- Arrange LC Lien application and related authorization & send it to bank.
- Bank document submission status update in ERP.
- Payment voucher entry in ERP system.
- Export Documents file maintaining.
