Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/MBA in HRM/IR/Management from NSU/BRAC/Public University;
∎ Having Post Graduation Diploma in HRM/any other professional certification will be an added advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of HR to contribute as business partnering initiatives such as the employee milestone recognition program, employee’s assistance and resiliency program, annual employee feedback survey, regular review and maintenance of HR content;
∎ Participates in and supports the documentation of investigations of workplace complaints and allegations such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and policy violations;
∎ Ensure Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives;
∎ Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs;
∎ Handle employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders;
∎ Investigate and resolve complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner;
∎ Analyze employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes;
∎ Provide feedback/inputs to BODs on technical and other functional issues;
∎ Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings;
∎ Work closely together with operations and other key internal and external stakeholders regarding to ensure situations, needs and requirements are clear to everyone involved and expectations are carefully managed;
∎ Demonstrate right leadership behaviors, strengthens and embeds the high-performance work culture, cooperation and ownership;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ At least 8 years of relevant experience from any large Group of Companies out of which minimum 1-2 years in similar position;
∎ Demonstrative experience with drafting and monitoring budgets, and interpreting and reporting financial data;
∎ Ability to form strong workplace relationships at all levels of the organization.
∎ Committed to innovation and change in the interest of the organization;
∎ Able to find the right balance between short- and long-term focus, issues and outcomes;
∎ Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office; (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint);
∎ Competent in verbal and written communication with high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ Highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills;
∎ Organized, pro-active & persistent, resilience, and an ability to work with can-do attitude;
