• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Implement and monitor the project quality plan, QA/QC procedures, and relevant standards.
• Develop the methodology for each activity in coordination with the consultant and the head office management.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and checklists.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
• Inspect all incoming materials (cement, steel, aggregates, concrete) and review test certificates.
• Coordinate and collect samples for laboratory testing of concrete, soil, and steel, and submit reports to concerned authorities.
• Conduct joint inspections with the client/consultant for quality verification.
• Prepare and maintain all quality documents, including QC reports, checklists, test reports, casting details and other records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor concrete batching, mixing, placement, curing, slump tests, and cube testing activities.
• Check formwork, rebar placement, alignment, levels, and dimensions before concrete pouring.
• Verify soil, subgrade, and pavement layer compaction quality.
• Identify workmanship issues, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications, and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure QA/QC systems and checklists are implemented across all sites with continuous improvement.
• Monitor and ensure all construction works follow safety standards in addition to quality standards and report any unsafe practices.
