- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: More than 6-8 years in Enterprise level IT, Telecom, or relevant technical experiences
Responsibilities & Context:
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services, and core Linux services (Apache/Nginx, FirewallD/IPTables, LVM, NFS, Samba).
Manage SQL Server installation, configuration, backup/restore, Always-On, performance tuning, and database security.
Handle virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM), VM provisioning, snapshots, clustering, and resource optimization.
Manage domains, hosting (cPanel/Plesk/Cloudflare), DNS records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and SSL certificates.
Administer AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, cost optimization).
Manage Google Workspace users, groups, policies, routing, and security settings.
Oversee backup solutions, retention policies, replication, and DR planning/testing.
Ensure system, server, SQL, and cloud hardening; enforce MFA, encryption, access control, and security compliance.
Monitor infrastructure using PRTG/Zabbix/Nagios/Grafana/CloudWatch/Azure Monitor; perform troubleshooting and RCA.
Automate tasks using PowerShell/Bash/Python; support IaC using Ansible/Terraform/Git.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, topology diagrams, DR runbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
(Optional Advantage) Support BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and basic AI/ML-driven automation
