Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management

  • Previous experience in employee relations or welfare management within the RMG sector is an advantage.

  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive employee engagement.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a structured and timely manner to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Serve as a key liaison between production floor management and employees, fostering open communication and collaboration.

  • Conduct regular floor visits to engage with employees and provide guidance on workplace concerns to enhance overall productivity.

  • Provide counseling in situations like absenteeism, resignations, disciplinary issues.

  • Support induction and monthly orientation programs for new employees and maintain accurate training records.

  • Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure proper care for pregnant workers and other welfare-related matters.

  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and training programs, providing actionable insights to management.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings on workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability, reporting outcomes and recommendations to leadership.

  • Support organizational goals through additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
