Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive administrative support includes scheduling appointments, managing calendars & coordinate travel arrangements.
∎ Maintain liaise with external & internal department (UP, UNO, DC Office, AC Land, Fire Service, Forest, Agriculture, Landlord, Police, RAB, Electricity etc.) to coordinate activities, resolve issues & ensure smooth information flow.
∎ Ensure efficient operations of admin department includes license renewal, assets management, infrastructure, ID Cards, Office Stationaries, Plantation, Event Management, Medical Assistance, 7 Fire System.
∎ Manage company vehicle as per policy & transportation for employees.
∎ Identify and implement administrative process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Ensure overall factory’s Housekeeping service, security, canteen and dormitory management.
∎ Prepare monthly expense report and payment of various bills.
∎ Manage & maintain proper filling system (both physically & digital) for efficient documents retrieval.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
