∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare all export documents as per H&M buyer's requirement and follow up of export independently.
∎ Responsible for place booking to forwarder accordingly as per H&M and MAERSK line role.
∎ Crossmatch with actual delivered quantity of goods with merchandising/inventory.
∎ Crosscheck the unit price of goods with merchandising department before handover.
∎ Ensure Collect FCR on time & submit export documents to forwarder.
∎ Liable for submission of Export documents to Buyer's representative office to get different types of Certificates, i.e., BFSA, EPB, BCMEA.
∎ Upload all documents on MEARSK Portal as per H&M Requiring.
∎ Follow up the payment realization & disbursement the funds after getting the payment.
∎ Prepare all export documents as per H&M buyer's requirement and follow up of export independently.
