∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on Microsoft Office Suit.
∎ Candidate should have communication proficiency in English & Bangla both in Written & Oral.
∎ Good Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Candidate must have good Analytical & Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on Microsoft Office Suit.
∎ Candidate should have communication proficiency in English & Bangla both in Written & Oral.
∎ Good Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to arrange, conduct & process employees’ recruitment and selection as per the policy.
∎ Assist to develop HR policies & procedures and ensure employees understand & comply with them.
∎ Evaluate employee training needs and organize learning programs for all staff.
∎ Assist & coordinate Performance management System based on KPI (develop KPI and KPI data analysis).
∎ To maintain human resources record by a filing and retrieval system keeping past & current records.
∎ Support for preparation of any kinds of payment sheet (salary & wages, allowance & OT, Bonus, advance, EL encasement, Final Settlement, etc.).
∎ Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies management and vendor coordination. Provide support for travel arrangements and all types of bookings.

∎ Cope up with HR technology and software (including HRIS and ERP).
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
