PGD on HRM is preferred.
Corporate or group-of-companies HR experience preferred.
English communication skills are required.
Payroll and compensations:
Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain salary structures, attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions
Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement
Ensure compliance with company policy and applicable labor laws
Handle final settlement, salary adjustments, and payroll-related queries
Recruitment and On-boarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection)
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports
Operations and Support
Assist HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and HRMIS
Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes
Handle employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary documentation
Assist in employee engagement and HR compliance activities
Co-ordination and report
Prepare regular HR reports (payroll, recruitment, attendance, manpower status)
Coordinate with different group concerns for HR-related matters
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data
