Ensure Monthly KPI Evaluation Report Generate & Proper Follow-up for Production.
Ensure On Time OD, HR Operational, Admin & Project Job.
To Implement MBO based KRA & KPI.
Production KPI Report to be Atomized through Production Module for Automatic Performance Report Generation.
Proper Follow-up & Evaluate Individual KPI for Production (Tiles & Swd).
Departmental Balance Score Card Implementation for showing impact on every Department`s Contribution to the Business.
Through Interdepartmental Budget Report analysis and Variance Analysis with F&A, Monthly Budget Monitoring for HR & Admin.
To Create High Performance Culture in the company through Continuous Performance Monitoring.
Periodical KPI Revised regarding Employee Change, Job Rotation, Business Demand, Management Requirement, etc.
Capacity Development through Conduct/Organize Training as per Demand (Soft skills, Technical & Compliance).
Ensure on time Recruitment and selection process.
Assist in payroll process.
Any other administrative related work assign by management.
