Education:
  • Masters in Business Administration from any reputed public university.

  • Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or Social Compliance is a plus.

  • Accredited Certification in L&D is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Training of Trainers (ToT) / Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) /Talent Management Professional certification is required.

  • An ISO internal or lead auditor course will be an added qualification to be considered.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training needs analysis, and prioritize training. Be instrumental in understanding SBU needs in terms of business needs, regulatory needs, and buyer needs.

  • Understand and break down the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution.

  • Discuss with Factory Management to understand training requirements (mandatory training, technical, domain, and behavioral training).

  • Plan and execute the business needs into structured training programs in discussion with senior management.

  • Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery. Plan roll-out of training programs including timelines, target audience, and location.

  • Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience, and location; using effective methods, and modules.

  • Ensure the effective execution of training and conduct effectiveness assessments for all training.

  • Prepare monthly consolidated training reports and share them with the reporting authority.

  • Prepare, and circulate the lessons learned document, and maintain the document archiving system of responsible SBUs for training audit.

  • Prepare training materials including module, ppt and handout.

  • Providing support in audits activities of different types of audits (i.e. internal, external, social, technical, etc.)
