∎ PGD in HRM is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging and conducting recruitment & selection as per Hatil HR Policy.
∎ Productive conduction of training need assessment for different tires.
∎ Development of Training calendar and arrange training.
∎ Supervising all payroll activities for all employees.
∎ Monthly/Periodically review Job description, Job specification and KPI.
∎ Taking initiatives for the up gradation of system, policy & procedure.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling of the security and safety operations.
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling of employee motivation in the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
