Key Responsibilities
1. International Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls per shift to international clients, distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers, and procurement officers.
• Generate qualified leads for B2B and B2C furniture sales.
• Introduce and promote company products including home furniture, office solutions, modular furniture, and customized interior products.
• Build prospect databases through internet research and CRM systems.
2. Sales Presentation & Customer Engagement
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, customization options, and shipping procedures professionally.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to international customers.
• Handle customer objections effectively regarding price, quality, delivery timelines, or product specifications.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up communication.
3. CRM Management & Reporting
• Update CRM software with accurate call notes, follow-up schedules, customer feedback, and lead stages.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Track KPIs including call volume, conversion ratio, qualified leads, and sales opportunities.
4. Appointment Scheduling & Sales Support
• Arrange virtual meetings via Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams between clients and senior sales managers.
• Coordinate quotations, invoices, catalogs, and sample requests.
• Support the international sales team with lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and customer demand in target markets.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams.
• Identify new business opportunities in overseas markets.
