Responsibilities & Context:

• Security Operations & Protocol Management:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry best practices and military standards.

  • Manage and supervise all daily activities of the security team, ensuring proper deployment, discipline, and performance.

  • Plan and execute close protection and protocol for high-level executives, VIPs, and dignitaries visiting HATIL facilities.

  • Oversee the secure management of all protocol activities, including corporate events and high-profile visits.

• Physical & Technical Security:

  • Conduct regular inspections of all security and sensitive points across the factory premises.

  • Manage and monitor the integrity of all access control systems, including employee/visitor/vehicle entry and exit points, and the movement of goods.

  • Oversee the operation of CCTV surveillance and other security systems, conducting periodic audits of logs and footage to detect and address breaches.

  • Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

• Incident Management & Investigation:

  • Lead prompt and thorough investigations into all security incidents, thefts, breaches, or accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

  • Respond immediately to all security incidents and alarms, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.

  • Protect all company assets from theft, pilferage, and illegal intrusion.

• Compliance, Liaison & Reporting:

  • Liaise and maintain strong contracts with the local Police Station, Fire Station, and other relevant authorities.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies concerning security and safety.

  • Report to management on the total security condition of the factory, providing regular updates on threats and incidents.

• Team Management & Training:

  • Lead, motivate, and train the security team on security protocols, emergency response, and conflict management.

  • Assign shifts, prepare effective duty rosters, and ensure sufficient security coverage at all times.

  • Coordinate and conduct safety drills, including fire drills and evacuation plans, in collaboration with the health and safety team.
