Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies that align with HiTHIUM’s operational goals.
∎ Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR perspective.
∎ Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
∎ Oversee the recruitment process to meet staffing needs, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees.
∎ Lead onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.
∎ Promote a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity.
∎ Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
∎ Design and implement employee recognition programs.
∎ Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
∎ Liaise with relevant government agencies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
∎ Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
∎ Manage salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee welfare initiatives.
∎ Oversee general administration, facility management, and workplace safety initiatives.
∎ Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
∎ Utilize HR metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, retention, and productivity.
∎ Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.

∎ Promote ethical behavior, a culture of accountability, and adherence to company values.
