Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate daily sales activities to achieve assigned targets through dealer networks.
∎ Attract and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market presence.
∎ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure smooth distribution of products.
∎ Regularly visit dealers to support sales growth, provide product training, and ensure proper brand representation.
∎ Collect sales data from dealers and prepare regular reports for management.
∎ Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to dealers and coordinate logistics as needed.
∎ Provide after-sales support to dealers and their customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
∎ Maintain an updated database of dealer contacts and activity logs.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches through the dealer network.
∎ Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights.
