Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
∎ Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and clients to expand market reach.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotional campaigns.
∎ Train and guide Sales Officers to enhance their performance and skillsets.
∎ Address client queries and complaints promptly to ensure service excellence.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to senior management.
