∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear, accurate information on products and services.
∎ Respond to Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital inquiries professionally.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
∎ Assist in lead generation by identifying new opportunities and following up on inquiries.
∎ Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
∎ Follow up on delivery schedules and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
∎ Maintain stock and product availability reports to support sales and after-sales service.
∎ Ensure all customer service interactions align with HiTHIUM’s brand values and service standards.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience.
