Job Responsibilities:
∎ On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the following:
∎ HR:
∎ Managing and operating many of the employee life cycle processes from onboarding, benefits & wellness programmes as well as offboarding.
∎ Operationally supporting our people programmes including our reward, performance and development cycles.
∎ People data:
∎ Managing our employee data and the systems which support it including our HRIS and our Performance & Engagement system
∎ Preparing reports and developing insights and recommendations
∎ Keeping employee data privacy at the centre of everything we do
∎ Staying up to date with employment law - ensuring management and employees are adhering to local legislation.
∎ Preparing and managing our online files to ensure our records are up to date, easily accessible and secure.
∎ Being the first responder to HR queries from our colleagues in Dhaka and use learnings from these queries to improve self-service, our communications, systems and processes.
∎ Supporting our engagement survey cycle by analysing results and preparing reports.
∎ Supporting the People team with developing process improvements and new initiatives within the employee life cycle.
∎ Champion Ding's purpose and values and act as an ambassador for Ding's culture.
∎ Projects - there are many other projects and change initiatives at Ding which you will get involved in.
∎ Recruitment:
∎ Work with internal departments across all of our locations to create appealing job specs and get an understanding of each team in Dhaka and their hiring requirements.
∎ Fully own the recruitment process in Dhaka, from sourcing to onboarding. You'll handle the entire candidate experience from their first click on the apply button all the way through to their first day at Ding.
∎ Screen applicants, source top talent, schedule and conduct interviews, collate and provide detailed feedback.
∎ Track and analyse recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
∎ Become an expert on candidate market trends, salary/offer recommendations and interviewing best practices in Dhaka.
∎ Creatively evolve how we attract, select and create a best-in-class experience for every candidate.
∎ Manage external relationships with recruitment agencies, universities etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You have 1-2 years previous HR operations and recruitment experience where you learned a lot and are looking for a new challenge in a high growth technology company.
∎ Experienced using Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ You're creative and full of new ideas and you are ready for Hybrid Working.
∎ You're amazing at meeting deadlines.
∎ Your attention to detail is second to none and you are planful and well organised, making it easy for others to work with you.
∎ You excel at multi-tasking.
