Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Having a Master’s degree (HRM) or professional certification (HR/Payroll) will be an advantage

Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Factory payroll preferred

Hands-on experience with ERP-based payroll systems

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for factory, sales, and corporate employees.

  2. Ensure accurate calculation of salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final settlements.

  3. Maintain and update employee payroll data in ERP/HRIS systems.

  4. Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets, bank statements, and management summaries.

  5. Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement, tax deductions, and reconciliation.

  6. Handle income tax-related payroll matters, including tax calculation and submission support.

  7. Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data integration with payroll.

  8. Process employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit-related payroll activities.

  9. Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of payroll information.

  10. Support payroll audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews.

  11. Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  12. Assist in payroll policy formulation and continuous process improvement.
