Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete supplier reconciliations and statements in accordance with monthly schedules
∎ Managing and maintaining existing supplier relationships (email & telephone)
∎ Responsible for preparing stock purchase orders
∎ Assisting on month-end close processes
∎ Issuing confirmation/proof of payment to operators
∎ Ability to set own deadlines and priorities while working as part of a team
∎ Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
∎ Representing Ding in a friendly but professional manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Fluent in English is essential
∎ One year of work experience analyzing large volumes of data, with the ability to draw insights from information.
∎ Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains will be considered as an advantage (or similar mainstream ERP system).
∎ Being able to identify problems and proactively propose a solution.
∎ Strong attention to detail & multitasking ability.
∎ Proven excellent excel skills, including competence in power query.
∎ Strong and friendly communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
