Responsibilities & Context:

The Executive – Global Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across multiple international markets. Working as part of a high-performing HR consulting team, this individual will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for a diverse client portfolio worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with consultants and clients to understand global hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational cultures.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from both local and international talent pools using innovative digital sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct approaches.

  • Manage the candidate lifecycle: conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional candidate experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date records and status of all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal databases.

  • Support the employer branding and global talent attraction strategies through social media and digital campaigns.

  • Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment compliance processes for international hires.

  • Stay current with global market trends, sourcing tools, and compliance regulations.

  • Participate in the preparation of recruitment reports and analysis for internal and client use.

  • Support other HR and talent advisory activities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (preferably with exposure to international or multi-country hiring).

  • Strong sourcing, networking, and research skills for outreach to global talent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Proficiency with online sourcing platforms and ATS tools.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive problem solver and team player with a customer-centric approach.
