We are seeking a dynamic Head of Commissioning and Installation for our client to lead the Diesel Generator and Substation installation, Commissioning, and Synchronization operations within a leading power generation and EPC organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in the installation, commissioning, and synchronization of large-scale diesel generators and substations.

• Oversee project execution—ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians across multiple sites.

• Supervise control panel synchronization, advanced automation, PLC systems, HVAC, and SCADA integrations for turnkey power solutions.

• Manage client communications and technical documentation for all commissioning activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve site coordination challenges to ensure seamless operation of complex electrical and power systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering (or a related field).

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in diesel generator and substation commissioning for large power or EPC organizations.

• Demonstrated expertise in:

  • Control panel synchronization and protection schemes

  • PLC programming and automation

  • SCADA systems integration and monitoring

  • HVAC system commissioning within power environments

• Strong project management, leadership, and client-facing skills.

• Experience working on multi-megawatt projects is highly preferred.
