Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee all finance and accounts functions for the group, covering local and international operations.

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support company strategy and project growth.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

• Manage treasury, banking, vendor payment cycles, tax compliance, and statutory filings for all business units.

• Implement and improve internal control systems and process automation for robust financial governance.

• Support investment appraisals, project financing, fundraising, and liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Business partnering with EPC/construction, generator service, and power generation teams for cost analysis, risk management, and project profitability.

• Supervise/mentor the finance team to deliver operational excellence, compliance, and continuous professional growth.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification: FCA, FCMA, FCCA (fully qualified).

• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification finance leadership experience.

• Expertise in financial control, business planning, and statutory audit in reputable organizations.

• Strong command over IFRS, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.), and advanced Excel.

• Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in Construction, EPC, or Power Generation companies.

• Proven ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional business units.

• Outstanding communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
