About the Opportunity

We are inviting motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Chartered Accountancy Articleship Program, a structured 3-year journey designed to provide hands-on training, professional exposure, and mentorship in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services.

Upon successful completion, candidates will be fully prepared to qualify as Chartered Accountants, equipped with both technical ability and professional confidence.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas

During the program, articled students will work under the supervision of experienced Chartered Accountants and gain practical exposure in:

• Audit & Assurance

  • External audits, statutory audits, compliance audits

  • Internal audit processes, risk assessment, control testing

• Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS

  • Bookkeeping for clients across industries

• Taxation

  • Preparation and filing of income tax and VAT returns

  • Understanding corporate and personal tax laws

• Advisory & Consulting

  • Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Business process improvement projects

• Corporate Laws & Compliance

  • Company law requirements, secretarial compliance documentation

  • Eligibility to register as an Articled Student under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB)
