Job Context

NextGen Solutions Ltd. is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media

• Maintain customer records and update information in the system

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Coordinate with relevant departments when necessary

• Prepare daily customer service reports

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• HSC candidates with strong communication skills may also apply

Experience Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in customer service or call center will be preferred

Additional Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English

• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
