Experience:
Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting / Finance from any reputed university & CA CC
Strong academic knowledge in Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, and Taxation.
8 to 12 years of professional experience.·
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Group of Companies, Handicraft Factory, and Construction Company.
Proficiency in Tally software.
Strong expertise in reporting & data analysis.
Hands-on experience in direct and indirect tax matters (GST, VAT, Corporate Tax).
Excellent knowledge of LC, TT, shipment documentation, and banking activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Manage the Financial Budgeting and Forecasting process, working closely with Management and Project PMs to develop accurate projections and monitor performance against targets for all projects.
Prepare Financial Statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct post-costing analysis to determine cost variances and identify product cost control factors.
Monitor, supervise, and guide team members for the timely preparation of Financial Statements, bank reconciliations, and other finance & accounts activities.
Oversee LC opening and execution along with all related tasks (TT, shipment, and documentation).
Verify and process Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Incentive, Packing List, Insurance Certificate, Bill of Exchange, and Certificate of Origin.
Ensure accurate costing and budgeting for handicraft factory products and construction company projects.
Handle VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance for both local and international operations.
Develop proposals for funded and unfunded liabilities, prepare bank loan applications for composite credit facilities, and generate project profiles with projected financial reports.
Ensure inter-company reconciliation and proper transaction input into the accounting system.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management, focusing on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.
Lead and develop the accounting team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
Manage all construction company accounting activities, ensuring proper project- wise costing, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
Perform any other task assigned by Management.
