Responsibilities & Context:
• Preparation of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax & Vat laws, and company policies
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements regularly
• Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax and other statutory returns
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes
• Verify salary & wages sheets for accuracy and process employee salary & wages disbursement through bank advice.
