At least 3 years experience in Managerial position.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and supervise all finishing activities to ensure on-time shipment.
Monitor washing, ironing, trimming, thread cutting, measurement checking and packing processes.
Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, Planning and Merchandising teams to achieve delivery targets.
Control manpower, machine utilization and production efficiency within the finishing section.
Identify and resolve quality issues and production bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S) and workplace regulations.
Prepare daily production and finishing reports for management review.
Monitor packing accuracy, carton assortment and shipment readiness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
