Minimum 3 years experience in Managerial position
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and enforce QMS, SOPs and AQL-based inspection systems across all production stages.
Lead Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and approve bulk fabric, trims and accessories before cutting.
Oversee fabric inspection using the 4-Point System for denim and woven materials.
Supervise inline and final inspection at cutting, sewing, finishing, washing and packing stages.
Manage denim washing quality — shade consistency, wash effects, shrinkage and skewness control.
Conduct Final Random Inspection (FRI) and issue shipment clearance.
Liaise with buyer QCs and third-party agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek).
Lead, train, and manage the quality team; set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Prepare DHU reports, quality analysis, and corrective action plans for management.
Ensure compliance with WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX and ZDHC standards.
