Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• 3 to 5 years

• Valid Authorized Representative (AR) Certificate issued by BSEC is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of capital market rules, DSE/CSE trading operations, CDBL systems, and BO account processes.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client development and relationship management.

• Must be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Good command over MS Excel and trading software.

• Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).

• Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients through DSE/CSE trading with accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and grow a strong client base through regular communication, service quality, and relationship management.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by management, including brokerage revenue and client acquisition.

• Provide market insights, trading ideas, and investment guidance to clients based on research, technical/fundamental analysis.

• Support clients in managing their equity portfolios while ensuring appropriate risk assessment and investment suitability.

• Set trading limits based on clients' cash, ledger balance, portfolio position, and company policies.

• Ensure full compliance with BSEC, DSE/CSE, CDBL, rules, KYC/AML guidelines, and internal procedures.

• Coordinate with back-office, compliance, and settlement teams to ensure smooth and error-free operations.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on trade volume, client activity, market updates, and business development progress.

• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all dealings,

• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to trading, client servicing, or business growth.
