Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, consumption, costing & production workflow.
Excellent communication skills in English (email, call, meeting).
Skilled in T&A planning, Excel, and order management.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.· Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle buyer orders from development to final shipment.
Communicate independently with buyers regarding sampling, costing, approvals, comments, and order updates.
Prepare and monitor Time & Action Plan (T&A) and ensure on-time execution.
Coordinate with sample room, production, planning, commercial, quality & procurement teams.
Prepare costing sheets, negotiate price, confirm orders, and ensure smooth order execution.
Follow up fabric, trims & accessories bookings, in-house status, and approvals.
Attend PP meetings, maintain order files, consumption, BOM, and all documentation.
Monitor production status, solve issues with relevant departments, and ensure shipment on schedule.
Maintain strong communication with suppliers for raw material sourcing.
Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.
