Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software or registers.

  • Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.

  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment documents.

  • Assist in bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

  • Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.

  • Support payroll preparation and salary processing.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports as instructed.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

  • Assist during audits and provide required documents.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments regarding financial matters.

  • Support tax, VAT, and regulatory documentation activities when required.

  • Monthly vat return, Handle banking activities, payroll processing, VAT, TAX, and audit-related works
