Responsibilities & Context:
  • All financial data input in Tally Prime, As well as various Excel files.

  • Record keeping of cash vouchers, cash books, petty cash, bank books, journal entries, and maintaining trial balances.

  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and delivery challan software- wise.

  • Process and manage vendor invoices. Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.

  • Follow up on overdue payments. For long-term outstanding maintain a professional conversation via mail.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management. Provide financial analysis and insights.

  • Prepare and submit the monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1). Regularly Collect Tax and VAT documents from Clients.

  • Supervise and oversee day-to-day office operations of the administrative work.

  • Provide administrative support to executives and managers.

  • Provide and support to third party Audit firm according to organizational policy.

  • Capacity on making analysis on month payment, sales, promotional activities and provide weekly/Monthly report to management.

  • Conduct inventory management on the pre-defined schedule basis at every branch & project area according to company policy.

  • Make sure monthly inspection at every project area, sales depos, partner offices and prepare constructive report and submit to management.

  • Capacity to making data analysis, Presentation, Negotiation and writing report is essential.
