2-5 years of relevant experience in Health industry.
Proven track record in sales and marketing, with familiarity in digital marketing and social media engagement.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of internet browsing, emailing, and social media use.
Willingness to travel inside Dhaka & Outside.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location - Dhaka or Chittagong. But based on target clients need to visit different districts/areas.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Understand customer needs and market dynamics to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Manage and update client databases and sales records.
Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans and ensure targets are met.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and procedures.
Work under pressure to achieve corporate goals while managing multiple tasks.
Regular reporting to the Manager, with market analysis and forecasting.
Oversee social media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maintain an active online presence and connect with potential clients.
