Experience:

Location: Dhaka (Field-based), Client premises (onsite & offsite). Field deployment/travel across Uttara, Tejgaon, Mohakhali, Gulshan, Baridhara, Mirpur, Old Dhaka, Ashulia, Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Munshiganj, Narsingdi, Mymensingh, Chattogram and other industrial zones in Bangladesh as required.
Who We’re Looking For
• Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Graduate/BBA/MBA in Accounting/Marketing/Finance/Management with computer literacy.
• Experience in an ERP system.
• Promising and confident fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply — we train you on the ERP.
• Good communication in Bengali and English.
• Willing to travel to client premises within the assigned territory.
• Quick learners — full ERP training is provided.

As a Field Sales Executive, you are on the front line driving direct revenue. Your day is spent on the ground — visiting various factories, accessories and packaging manufacturers, knitwear units and buying houses in your assigned zone — showing how our ERP improves efficiency, removes inventory leakage, streamlines LC and trade-finance handling, and simplifies daily accounting and production reporting. You own the full sales cycle, from the first factory visit to the demo to closing the deal.
- Active Prospecting: Conduct daily field visits to target factories and buying houses in your assigned zone (e.g. Uttara, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Ashulia, Tongi, Savar, EPZ, Chattogram) to generate fresh leads from our prepared lead lists.
- Product Demonstration: Run on-site, live demonstrations of the ERP through a demo web link — highlighting real-time inventory, multi-unit/multi-branch management, local VAT compliance, LC & trade-finance tracking, and daily sales, accounting and production reporting.
- Consultative Pitching: Understand each factory's bottlenecks (pilferage, manual ledger errors, stockouts, LC delays) and position the ERP as a direct cost-saving and control solution.
- Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain a structured daily log of visits, follow-ups and prospect status. Build rapport with owners, accounts managers and merchandisers to smooth the decision.
- Deal Closing & Handover: Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, collect initial payments, and hand the client to the technical onboarding / implementation team.
- Implementation: Install and configure the ERP at client sites and train client staff; OR provide outsourced accounting/bookkeeping for SME clients through the ERP.
- Onsite/Offsite Support: Provide onsite and offsite support, resolve software, data and basic hardware/network issues.
