Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Public Health, or relevant discipline. 

Skills Required : Partner onboarding; stakeholder management; negotiation; service quality; documentation. 

Working Experience : Partner onboarding; stakeholder management; negotiation; service quality; documentation.

Work Location : Head Office with nationwide partner coordination.

1. Support nationwide partnership pipeline through field teams.

2. Onboard hospitals, diagnostics, pharmacies and doctors.

3. Ensure partner registration inside the system.

4. Monitor partner activation, service quality and compliance.

5. Coordinate with Field operations.

6. Resolve partner journey issues and escalations.

7. Maintain partnership documents and approval records.

8. Track referral conversion and partner responsiveness.

9. Ensure smooth partner communication and feedback.

10. Report partnership gaps, risks and opportunities.
