Job Context:

Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Branch In-Charge for Cox’s Bazar Branch Office, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the branch sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  2. Monitor daily sales pipelines, customer follow-ups and active leads of Branch Officers.

  3. Participate directly in site visits, client presentations and high-value deal closures.

  4. Coordinate with Head Office to implement localized promotional campaigns and marketing events.

  5. Lead critical client negotiations regarding pricing, booking terms and payment structures.

  6. Track local market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales pitches.

  7. Build strong relationships with existing buyers and high-net-worth individuals to drive referral sales.

  8. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure maximum booking conversions.

  9. Monitor payment schedules to secure timely down payments and installment collections.

  10. Prepare and submit regular sales, collection and branch performance reports to Head Office.

  11. Oversee branch administration and site coordination to ensure a smooth sales environment.
