  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla.
  • Tools & Tech: Comfortable in GSuite Tools and in preparing presentation decks.
  • Domain Knowledge: A clear understanding of the basics of Digital Marketing, websites, tech tools & solutions, etc.
  • Experience Preference: 1 to 2 years of experience with exposure in a Marketing Agency or IT Sales will be preferred.
  • Primary Required Soft Skills: Sales, Stakeholder management.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying prospects and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to generate leads and build prospect lists.
  • Communicate with prospects via visits, calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions.
  • Learn to understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing & tech solutions.
  • Support closing deals and achieving the team's monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for campaign & other digital service requirements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, large-scale campaigns, flagship initiatives, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospects.
  • Ensure proper documentation & reporting of day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversee & coordinate the smooth handover of the project/s to the team.
  • Partner with internal & external teams to align business and partnership goals, etc.

    • Remuneration: BDT 15,000 monthly in the trainee period (Revised remuneration will be offered after probation period based on assessment, role-fit & performance).
