Additional Requirements:

  • Experiences in organic fertilizer/ agrochemicals / pesticide will get additional advantages.

  • Proven experience in sales marketing within the Organic fertilizer or agricultural industry is preferred.

  • 7-10 years relevant experience in Organic fertilizer/agro chemical including at least 3-4 years in managerial or team leadership role.

  • Proven leadership capability with experience in managing field sales teams.

  • Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Valid driving license is required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage the overall sales and marketing activities of organic fertilizer across assigned territories.

  • Develop sales strategies, annual sales plans, dealer network expansion plans and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers and relevant stakeholders to expand market presence.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.

  • Supervise field sales teams, provide guidance, monitor performance and ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities.

  • Plan, arrange and monitor demonstration plots, farmer meetings, dealer programs and promotional campaigns in strategic locations.

  • Coordinate with DAE officials, agricultural institutions and other relevant organizations to strengthen business development activities.

  • Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and maintain healthy dealer/customer relationships.

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, market research reports, forecast reports and business performance updates for management.

  • Identify customer feedback and field performance of organic fertilizer and seed products on different crops and recommend improvement initiatives.

  • Promote the products, thus increasing sale of Agro Products to a greater height.

  • Any other task given by the management.
