• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age At least 25 years

• Previous experience working in the glass retail network will get extra priority.

• Strong interpersonal skills, highly energetic, and a result-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work out in the field.

• Comfortable using smartphones and basic communication/reporting applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Maps).

• Conduct daily market and field visits to generate leads, identify retailers/customers, and drive product sales.

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

• Meet individual sales targets within the assigned territory or region.

• Collect market feedback and report customer grievances or competitor moves to the Senior Sales Executive.

• Coordinate with the logistics/delivery team to ensure timely product dispatch and ensure timely payment collection.
