∎ Minimum SSC (HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors get Preference)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 6 month (Need Experience Certificate)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Has to look well groomed.
∎ Has to have basic Excel knowledge.
∎ Versatile and has good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to perform well under pressure.
∎ Has to have good work ethics & perform diligently.
∎ Sound knowledge on technology & basic computer activities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in using technology and other relevant tools.
∎ For call center job willing to work in night shift as roaster basis.

∎ Basic Client consultation.
∎ Respond to phone calls and schedule appointments.
∎ Capable to maintain documentation, Report preparation.
∎ Make digital/analog invoices at the reception.
∎ Receiving all calls.
∎ Provide detailed information about company service.
