Experience:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Compliance related activities for the Factory effectively & efficiently.
Conversant with the Labor & Industrial Laws of Bangladesh and Code of Conduct of different RMG buyers.
Experienced in Policy, Organization development & Implementation.
To ensure and implement factory compliance requirements as per different renowned buyer COC & legal standards.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all statutory licenses and permits required by regulatory authorities.
Lead and coordinate all social, environmental, technical, security, and buyer-specific factory audits with proper preparation and documentation commonly all required in Bangladesh.
Prepare the factory for scheduled and unannounced audits through internal audits, gap assessments, mock audits, and cross-functional reviews.
Review audit findings, develop Corrective Action Plans and ensure timely closure of all non-compliances.
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation including HR files, wage records, permits, and safety documents.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements on wages, working hours, overtime, manpower ratios, benefits, and worker rights.
Conduct routine compliance and safety inspections to identify risks, violations, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, and other teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance standards factory-wide.
Act as the main liaison with buyers, auditors, government officials, and certification bodies to facilitate audits, inspections, and evaluations smoothly.
Candidates who have adequate experience & expertise in performing the above-mentioned jobs independently in a reputed Woven Textile Factory or Garments factory are only encouraged to apply.
