Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Management or related field.
  • PGDHRM or other professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Practical experience in floor HR, compliance support, and worker communication.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage worker discipline and floor compliance.
  • Problem-solving, reporting and documentation skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
  • Maintain updated HR policies in line with labor law and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure effective grievance handling and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure 100% compliance on production floors related to HR, social and legal standards.
  • Monitor workers’ attendance, discipline, behavior and welfare activities.
  • Conduct regular floor visits to ensure proper implementation of code of conduct.
  • Maintain coordination with Compliance, Admin & Production teams to meet buyer requirements.
  • Oversee maintenance of personal files, ID cards and necessary floor documentation.
  • Support audits (social/compliance/HR) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Arrange training on workplace safety, disciplinary guidelines and HR policies.
  • Conduct orientation, communication sessions, and awareness campaigns for workers & staff.
