Responsibilities & Context:
- Providing necessary instructions to the team to increase production and improve quality levels.
- Following up on the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
- Quality development.
- Product and production development.
- Technical development.
- Providing technical support.
- Liaison with Marketing Team.
- Arranging style-wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero-error cutting.
- Working on marking and cutting markers as per buyer requirements.
- Collaborating with senior management and decision makers to share information for effective problem-solving.
