  • Ability to manage large teams and cross-functional operations

Responsibilities & Context:

Rupayan Group is one of the most prominent conglomerates in Bangladesh, operating across real estate, construction, and more. We are looking for a visionary and strategic DGM – HR & Administration who will lead strategic HR initiatives, oversee administrative operations, ensure compliance, and reinforce a high-performance culture across the organization.

Human Resources:

  • Lead HR strategy, operations, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.

  • Strengthen HR governance through updated policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.

  • Drive culture-building initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development projects.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination, compensation & benefits management, and HR analytics.

  • Advise senior leadership on manpower optimization, capability building, and business-driven HR strategy.

Administration:

  • Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, administration, logistics, protocol, and security services.

  • Ensure effective management of transport, housekeeping, safety, and compliance across multiple offices and sites.

  • Implement and monitor Admin SOPs to maintain operational discipline, optimize resources, and control costs.

  • Manage legal, regulatory, and statutory compliance related to admin and labor issues.

  • Lead crisis management, safety protocols, and administrative risk mitigation initiatives.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and the Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Lead grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, investigation reports, and employee relations matters.

  • Ensure smooth support for internal audits, HR & Admin audits, and compliance requirements.

  Leadership:

  • Lead and develop HR & Admin teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Collaborate with senior management to support organizational transformation and growth.
