Experience:
Master’s in HRM/Management from reputed university.
Professional certifications such as PGDHRM, SHRM, CHRP, or similar will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years in a mid-to-senior managerial role.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Administrative Regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management ability
Strong analytical ability with expertise in HRIS/HR automation
Ability to manage large teams and cross-functional operations
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

We are looking for a visionary and strategic DGM – HR & Administration who will lead strategic HR initiatives, oversee administrative operations, ensure compliance, and reinforce a high-performance culture across the organization.
Human Resources:
Lead HR strategy, operations, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.
Strengthen HR governance through updated policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Drive culture-building initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development projects.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination, compensation & benefits management, and HR analytics.
Advise senior leadership on manpower optimization, capability building, and business-driven HR strategy.
Administration:
Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, administration, logistics, protocol, and security services.
Ensure effective management of transport, housekeeping, safety, and compliance across multiple offices and sites.
Implement and monitor Admin SOPs to maintain operational discipline, optimize resources, and control costs.
Manage legal, regulatory, and statutory compliance related to admin and labor issues.
Lead crisis management, safety protocols, and administrative risk mitigation initiatives.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and the Bangladesh Labor Law.
Lead grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, investigation reports, and employee relations matters.
Ensure smooth support for internal audits, HR & Admin audits, and compliance requirements.
Leadership:
Lead and develop HR & Admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with senior management to support organizational transformation and growth.
