Job Description/Responsibilities
Managing, developing and monitoring all recruitment and selection functions in an effective and efficient manner.
Managing transfer, posting, leave, Payroll, disciplinary and legal matters etc with the coordination of Departmental Heads as per Company policies.
Assessing needs for Training and adopted continuous training program (external and In-house) in different level of work force.
Set Job responsibility of all individuals in different functioning areas.
Set, analyze and review of Performance evaluation and competence development process.
Guide and assist line Managers in performance management process and reviews of respective departmental/ divisional functions.
Introduced effective pay and benefit scheme.
Introduced effective Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) for payroll and employee database.
Corporate Meeting Management and Company affairs.
