Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Managing, developing and monitoring all recruitment and selection functions in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Managing transfer, posting, leave, Payroll, disciplinary and legal matters etc with the coordination of Departmental Heads as per Company policies.

  • Assessing needs for Training and adopted continuous training program (external and In-house) in different level of work force.

  • Set Job responsibility of all individuals in different functioning areas.

  • Set, analyze and review of Performance evaluation and competence development process.

  • Guide and assist line Managers in performance management process and reviews of respective departmental/ divisional functions.

  • Introduced effective pay and benefit scheme.

  • Introduced effective Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) for payroll and employee database.

  • Corporate Meeting Management and Company affairs.
