Responsibilities & Context:
Identify staffing needs for the fulfilment centre (pickers, packers, warehouse assistants, etc) in coordination with the Operations Manager and HR.
Source and screen candidates (via job-boards, referrals, campus or walk-ins) for warehouse/fulfilment roles.
Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring manager for selections, arrange offers and onboarding.
Maintain a talent pipeline for quick commerce fulfilment operations (especially for high-volume/pick peaks).
Track recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire, fill-rate, attrition of warehouse staff, etc.
Support induction and basic training for new warehouse staff (on-boarding, job expectation, safety & SOPs).
